A bespoke website invitation on its own link (e.g. povedzmesiano.sk/your-names) and a QR code ready to print. It includes an animated opening, names and date, a countdown, the day's schedule, a venue map, dress code and an RSVP form.
You send guests a single link — they don't install anything or register.
The clock starts once the order is paid and the completed questionnaire is delivered (names, date, venue, schedule, colours, photos). If you send the materials later, the 72 hours run from their delivery.
We keep the invitation running for 12 months from delivery, so it stays as a keepsake after the wedding too. A further extension can be arranged.
The invitation is a digital service created bespoke to your materials. For a distance contract you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason.
Since we start creating almost immediately, at the order we explicitly ask for your consent to begin before that period ends — once the service is fully provided with such consent, the right to withdraw ends. Until we've started, you can withdraw and we refund you within 14 days.
Two rounds of revisions are included — we fine-tune the texts, colours and photos to your wishes.
If the invitation didn't match the order or had a defect, you have the right to a remedy under applicable law. Send a complaint to d.pavelka@alysum.sk — we'll resolve it within 30 days at the latest.
The guest fills in a short form on the invitation (attending / not, number, allergies, a song). The reply is saved and you see it in a private overview — on your own link you get a clear table with the guest count and notes. You need no app and no new account.
Optionally, a notification for each reply comes to your ordinary email too. In Premium you can also set custom questions (e.g. meal choice) and export the replies to Excel.
The data guests fill in (name, attendance, allergies, a song) belongs to you — you are its controller. We process it only as a processor to run your invitation, in line with GDPR.
Afterwards we hand it over to you and delete it from our systems. We don't sell the data or use it for marketing.
The price is one-off and final — we're not a VAT payer, so nothing is added to it. You'll get the invoice by email after ordering.
