- Day 3You say what to change. We refine it and agree the exact price and date. You pay the first third.
- Day 4–11We build. We load the products, categories and variants — that is our job, not yours.
- Day 12We connect the payment gateway, shipping, invoicing and automatic order confirmations.
- Day 13We walk through the admin together on a call. You get the recording and a written guide.
- Day 14A test order goes the whole way through — from basket to invoice. Only then do we hand over.

What is not included, so you do not find out later: product photography, product copywriting (available separately), domain and hosting — those run to a few euros a month and you pay them to the provider, not to us. Above 50 products, loading is charged by volume.
There are two of us. That is why we take on two shops a month and no more. If we are full we tell you in the first reply — not three weeks later, once you are already waiting on us.

What if I pay €990 and nobody buys anything?
That is the fairest worry you can have, and the answer is: a shop on its own brings no customers.
That is why we hand it over with tracking connected, a product feed ready for Google and comparison sites,
and an automatic abandoned-basket email — everything that turns a visit into an order.
How many people you bring to it is the other half of the work. We can help with that separately, but we do not
promise numbers we have no way to guarantee.
What if I cannot work out how to run it?
Adding a product means filling in a form: name, price, photo, description, save. At handover we go through
the whole admin together on a screen-share call, you get the recording, and with it
a written guide written for your particular shop, not a generic manual.
Who loads the products? I have 200 of them.
Up to 50 products we load ourselves and it is included — just send photos and prices in a spreadsheet,
or even in messages, and we will type them up. Above 50 there is a charge by volume, quoted upfront.
If your stock already sits in a system or an export, we can import most of it.
What if I do not like the design?
You pay nothing and sign nothing. We do the home-page design free precisely so that
you decide on what you can see on screen, rather than on what we promised you.
If it is not right for you, say so and we part on good terms.
Why not Shopify or a hosted platform?
If you need a shop tomorrow and a template is enough, a hosted platform is a sensible choice
and we will tell you so — we have no reason to push you into something dearer.
A bespoke shop makes sense in three cases: you want to look different from competitors on the same
template, you need a feature the platform does not have, or you would rather not pay a monthly fee forever.
What if something breaks in six months?
For the first 30 days after launch we fix anything that does not work as it should, free of charge.
After that, changes are hourly or on a monthly retainer — neither is compulsory.
The shop runs without us, and the code and the data are yours, so you are not tied to us.
How long does it really take?
Fourteen days from the moment we have the materials — photos, prices and copy. If those are late,
the date moves, and we tell you straight away rather than at the end. The day-by-day breakdown is above,
so you always know where we are.
